Alan Aldworth - President and CEO Mr. Alan Aldworth most recently served as Chairman and CEO of ProQuest Company. He has a wealth of experience managing publishing and education businesses. He joined ProQuest in 2000 when it was known as Bell+Howell and transformed the manufacturing conglomerate into an innovative information and education company. Before ProQuest he spent 18 years at Tribune Company in various management positions and founded the education division, which grew to $375 million. He also served as chief of finance and planning for the newspaper division. During his career he has managed the launch and development of some of the most innovate education solutions of modern times including Everyday Mathematics, Voyager and numerous online programs.
A native of Illinois, Aldworth received a bachelor's
degree in accounting from DePaul University in 1978
and a master's degree in management from Northwestern
University in 1989. He is a certified public accountant.
He serves on the boards of The Michigan Theater Foundation,
The Emerson School, and the Ypsilanti Community Band.
He is also a member of advisory boards at Eastern
Michigan University and the Mackinac Center for Public Policy.

Martin Fletcher Psy.D. - Executive Vice President Dr. Martin Fletcher heads product development and R&D where he applies his knowledge in the fields of cognitive psychology, learning theory and intelligence to educational software. Dr. Fletcher is a former student of J.P. Das, Ph.D., co-developer of the PASS theory of intelligence and co-author of the Cognitive Assessment System. They have collaborated on research, scholarly writing, and program development. Having consulted in many private and public schools, Dr. Fletcher has assessed and treated many children with learning and attention problems and worked to improve their academic performance and their social and emotional well-being.
Dr. Fletcher has earned three advanced degrees in clinical
psychology and education. He received a Bachelors in General
Studies from the University of Michigan, and his Psy.D.
from the Center for Humanistic Studies in Detroit, Michigan.
There he studied with Clark Moustakas, Ph.D., one of the
pioneers in the development of humanistic psychology and play
therapy.

Will Kuchera - Director of Product Development Will has worked on several cutting edge software development projects over the last 10 years. Since 2004 Will has commited himself to building software that combines video games and cognitive science. In the course of his career, he has worked on learning games, automotive prototyping software and supercomputer applications. He has collaborated with industry and government agencies including Compaq and the National Security Agency. In 2004 he presented his work at the International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Computing.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University
and a Master of Science degree from Michigan Technological University.

Anthony Williamson - Digital Artist/Animator Anthony is a digital artist who has had a passion for video games since childhood. His interest in art carried him to the University of Michigan School of Art and Design where he developed his artistic talent for all multimedia and most importantly, video games

Brad Wieringa - Software Developer Brad is a native Michigander, born and raised in Grand Rapids and has wanted to develop video games since he was a kid. Brad came to Ann Arbor to pursue an education in software development, and enjoys all aspects of video game creation, and is most interested in video game graphics development.

John Lucas- Digital Artist/Animator John is a digital artist and cartoonist with over 15 years of experience in the entertainment software industry. During his career, John has worked as an artist, art director, and game designer on both children's educational software and more advanced video games for the home computer market. John has been involved in the development of several bestselling video game products, and has collaborated with a variety of high profile clients including Disney Interactive, Hasbro Interactive, Cybex International, and EA SPORTS.
John holds Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design and drawing from The
