Quantum Learning Technologies (or QLT) is dedicated to keeping the information we collect secure. This site is designed to comply with the standards set by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (or COPPA).

Information Collected

Skatekids® utilizes two different types of accounts to allow access to gaming:

Administrative Account: Parents and Teachers, along with any other participants in the Skatekids® beta will be required to actively submit to QLT both their first and last names, as well as their email address. After they have logged in to the QLT web page they can then access administrative functions (such as adding new user accounts).

User Account: For each user account only a player's first and last names are required. A player may enter their email address for a small in-game bonus, but there is no requirement to do so to continue playing. In this way teachers and parents can receive detailed feedback about their child's performance and improvements.

This information is kept privately by QLT and is not shared with any third-parties.

QLT will never condition your child's participation in an activity on the child's disclosure of more information. In fact, after the child's account has been established, the only information a QLT product will ask for is the child's username and password, as well as their email address (optional).

Parents have the legal right to request any information collected about their child by QLT or delete their child's information at will. To review your child's information and/or request deletion of the information, log in to the administrative page.
